I can't say that this comes as any great surprise to me.
Putin has said the theater raid was planned abroad, and the Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday claimed, without offering evidence, that Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida terrorist organization was involved.
The article goes on to say that "405 of the freed captives remained hospitalized, 45 of them in grave condition." Let us hope that all 405 recover from the ill effects of this mystery gas.
