Cruelty Close to Home... It Shouldn't Happen to a Dog Read the report of the poor neglected puppies, including the one who died while reported to be under the "care" and custody of Eamon (aka Charles E) Doyle Givens. Consider writing a polite letter to the state's attorney asking her to request the maximum sentence, and more importantly that, if convicted, Mr. Givens be prohibited from owning or breeding for any animals ever.
