For the Love of Pete Chocolate It's the week before Valentine's Day and love is the air. Love of chocolate! Tomorrow night, Food TV will begin their week-long tribute to love and chocolate (and love of chocolate).
The Food Network is not the only place to find Chocolate Obsession, this weekend the City of Fairfax, Va., is hosting the Chocolate Festival. While it isn't likely we're going to attend tomorrow, the events -- including educational exhibits and chocolate tastings from noon to 4:00 PM -- sound like a sweet and tasty education.
FoodTV is also not the only network whispering sweet nothings in honor of love and Valentine's Day. My other favorite channel, Home & Garden Television (that little ol' place where we can get together...to decorate), is hosting Love Shack Week (Love Sha-A-ack). Not only will HGTV be airing special programming all week, but check out their website for some nifty love-inspired decorating ideas, crafts and even recipes.
Like last year, I hope to dedicate a little time each day to doing some chocolatey (and love nesty) blogging.
